TGI Fridays - Crawley: An Exceptional Dining Experience Awaits

I had an amazing experience dining here and genuinely can’t recommend it enough. I ordered the 8oz rump steak, and it was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and full of flavour. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in their cooking. Every bite was spot on, and it was served with sides that complemented the dish perfectly. What really made the visit even more enjoyable was the team working there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff were genuinely lovely — polite, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal at the same time, but they struck that balance brilliantly. The atmosphere was also relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a proper meal without feeling rushed. You can tell there’s a real passion behind this place — both in the kitchen and front of house. Overall, an excellent dining experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates good food and great service.

Had a lovely evening out on date night tonight. We had the cinema booked and fancied some dinner before we went in so we popped in here for a bloody good steak!! Cooked perfectly Staff were welcoming and friendly too couldn't do enough for us. Thank you

Haven't been to TGI's in nearly 10 years. It's changed a lot since my last visit. Walked in thinking I was gonna order a massive steak. How wrong was I! There was 1 steak on the menu, a 8 oz sirloin. I opted for the mixed platter. £39. To be fair the food was really good. The only thing that let it down was the drinks. Had to wait so long every time we ordered drinks. All in all it was OK.

Great restaurant!! Exceptional staff / service ** .. we arrived at 10.15pm after a flight home from Gatwick, we looked up where we could find somewhere to eat... Upon arriving at Crawley leisure park every other restaurant in the leisure complex was cleaning up with chairs on tables (despite advertising being open until 11pm) but this TGI said no problem, sat us down and fed us despite being the only people in the restaurant Absolute LEGENDS... they deserve ALL the praise

Absolutely rare as anything to find this place still open. Came out here for a first date and not only have they kept the vibe the same: the food and cocktails were spot on. Worth a visit if you’re in town: service was on point. Thanks for hosting us!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at TGI Fridays in Crawley! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. The menu had so much variety, and every dish we ordered was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Jack Daniel's chicken was a standout – perfectly glazed and tender. The cocktails were also top-notch, especially the Ultimate Margarita, which was the perfect balance of refreshing and tangy. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, with great music and a lively vibe, but it was still easy to chat and enjoy our meal. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in just the right amount. Overall, TGI Fridays Crawley is a great spot for a fun evening out or a casual family meal. We’ll definitely be back soon!

The steak was delicious came in a timely manner, kids meal was good quality. Beer was cold and refreshing (not perfectly poured tho) service was decent. We took advantage of an offer which saw us get the kids meal for free, nice touch!

We enjoyed a great meal here last night. We received fabulous service from both Matt P and the DGM Louis. The food was delicious and the festive menu is great value. Atmosphere was good too with lots of birthdays and celebrations in full swing. I’d highly recommend and would like to thank Matt and Louis for such fantastic service. All the best, Clare and Geoff xx
